From Lacklustre to Luxurious: A Modern Transformation

The  client entrusted us to execute this architecturally design renovation. We delivered high end finishes and advise on design throughout the build. A contemporary and maintenance free home was required for this forever home.

All timber architraves were deleted from the original design and substituted for plastered reveals to give a neat clean finish.

Electric Metal venetian blinds were installed on the front façade to give the large panels of glass protection from the Summer sun but also a modern twist to the contemporary look.

We designed a European oak staircase that incorporated a glass balustrade to keep the feeling of space in the passage/entry while letting the oak flooring flow elegantly.

A large Decking area was also constructed incorporating a Gas BBQ/Outdoor Kitchen – Indoor/ outdoor living with mechanical Louvres to open/enclose the outdoor living space.
