Full Restoration of Edwardian-Style Home

We approached the delicate restoration of this Victorian, Edwardian-style home with care. We took care to maintain the high-quality structure of the house while refreshing and modernising elements on the inside in only ten weeks.

There was a variance in the floor between 60-70mm which we rectified and re laid brand new American oak timber flooring throughout the home.

A new Ensuite, Bathroom and Laundry were added, all with new 2 pac joinery. The kitchen was re designed combining the living and dining as one open space. A new skylight was installed in the kitchen to allow more natural light into the space and LED lights installed to add that extra wow factor to this stunning feature. Caeserstone and 2pac joinery was installed with polytec laminate finish for the overhead cupboards.

Working closely, together with the interior designer we kept as many original features as possible, rectifying and bringing these back to life, whilst providing a modern taken on the remainder of the home.
